New Standards of Education after COVID-19: Opportunities, Educational Innovations and Cooperation

Abstract
We all went through the difficult time in 2020. During the difficult epidemiological situation in the Kursk region, the teaching staff of the Regional Center for the Identification and Support of Talented Children "USPEKH" continued working on education, development, and upbringing of children. The networks became the main tool in teachers’ work, all work was carried out in the form of distance communication with students. The modern educational community realized that distance learning has great prospects because of the lifelong learning. However, the question is still relevant: is this a form of training or a technology? For our classes we used different online platforms, which were recommended by the Ministry of Education and The Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science (Rosobrnadzor). However, these technologies are imperfect, sometimes it can fail, so teachers sent some of the material to students in text format. Homework was given in a variety of forms at the discretion of teachers. This included a traditional written task that could be photographed and sent. The material was mostly presented as short videos. Modern teachers are certainly ready for the distance education. They know how to use the Internet technologies and easily adapt to new conditions. Despite that fact, in practice we faced that only a few schools today can implement distance learning technologies systematically. This happens due to a number of problems. Summing up all that has been said, distance education is very convenient and useful nowadays. It has a great future in the system of additional education. But it is more expedient to get education in this way only if, for some reason, the traditional education is not available to students.
