Abstract
Moscow State Educational Complex (MSEC, MGOK) is a state-funded professional educational institution. It is a modern educational institution of a new generation, transmitting the ideas of the new time, which implies immersion in the specialty through practice-oriented training and continuity of education. Today, Moscow State Educational Complex implements practice-oriented training at eight basic departments. At the same time, they are the areas for holding professional skill championships of various levels and advanced training of teachers and masters of vocational training. Since 2015 MGOK has been a member of the Worldskills Russia movement. During that period the development of new competencies began, so as the organization and participation in professional skill championships. At the same time there was the formation of an expert community, the training of participants at the basic departments of Moscow State Educational Complex, which became platforms for transmitting effective experience in the implementation of practice-oriented training to the whole country. There was also the development of international cooperation through the basic departments. In 2020 Moscow State Educational Complex received the status of a Specialized Competence Centre (CCS) at the national level in six skills. These are "Polymechanics and Automation", "Industrial Robotics", "Graphic Design", "Industrial Design", "Milling operations on CNC machines" and "Unmanned aircraft systems". By 2020 Moscow State Educational Complex has unique material and technical resources, including a machine park, computers based on Mac OS X, KUKA robots, a mobile chemical and analytical laboratory, and many other equipment for the implementation of practice-oriented training. We have 34 programs in total, 15 of which are among the TOP 50 popular professions and specialties in the labour market. Moscow State Educational Complex presents such fields of studying as graphic design, network administration, operation of unmanned aircraft systems, accounting, pharmacy, mechatronics and mobile robotics, the operator of CNC machines and many others. Due to global coronavirus pandemic, distance learning systems, virtual laboratories and other tools have been introduced in Moscow State Educational Complex in the shortest possible time to maintain a high level of students training. A virtual database of all the necessary materials has been created not only for training, but also for preparing participants of the Worldskills Russia championships.
