Abstract
Abrupt leaps of evolution are more fruitful than smooth, predictable changes. The recent events have not just enhanced online learning and development of digital technologies in education, but also identified new points for innovation. We were actively using various forms of digital learning before the complete transition to online learning. Full online education revealed major challenges, including the following: increased workload on teachers; significant changes in the nature of communication in the non-verbal area; new ways of student motivation stimulation. Obviously, the lecture format is going into online education, but new forms of interaction are required. We have recently used different forms of teaching (lectures, seminars, quests, self-study tests, games, etc.), implemented a system of tutors and individual student learning paths. This made it possible not only to preserve, but also to increase the indicators of AESC student performance in Olympiads in biology, ecology, geography and chemistry in spite of general education process alteration. The irreversibility of changes in the labor market, as well as the psychology of adolescents, their parents and teachers - all this leads to the need to create new educational technologies. It is proposed to use forms of joint classes and competitions between KVIS and AESC students. Based on the experience of AESC comprehensive educational school expedition to the White Sea in 2021, it is proposed to conduct a joint AESC-KVIS expedition in 2022. Digital learning technologies have already been developed and the task of training centers today is to select forms that are convenient for them. Therefore, we are faced with the goal of developing new forms of communication for training participants - this is a challenge for the future.
